We had an amazing time in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ferry pier to an amazing island. We enjoyed the beautiful view, especially at night. The hotel facilities were well maintained and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and there were many sites to view nearby.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right on the seashore and just by the ferry, with a bustling pedestrian street a few minutes away for food outlets and entertainment. the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and stunning sea views. the service at this hotel is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff who greet guests with a cup of tea. the breakfast spread is also fantastic, with both Chinese and Western options.

There was some smoking in the hallway that worked its way into my room, which was unpleasant.

The hotel room was spacious and had a nice ocean view. The Christmas decorations were lovely and added to the festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was not ideal as it was quite far from the city center and there were not many dining options nearby. The room was not properly cleaned as there were dust and stains on some surfaces and the bedding had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is perfectly located near the shopping district with a breathtaking view of the sea! the room was beautifully designed, clean, and spacious. the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave! the toiletries were impressive and the hotel amenities were top-notch.

The smoke from smokers can come into the bathroom despite requesting for a non-smoking room. it was still an enjoyable stay with excellent service and friendly staff.

The service personnel fantastic, supportive, friendly and English-speaking. Helped with PCR tests and arranged a tour to Hakka round buildings. Great location, breakfast with view of island and harbor. Huge and nicely decorated room with modern amenities and windows overlooking Gulang Yu Island.

Nothing for me.

This hotel is simply luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the personalized service, every need was met. the room advantages are numerous, including a beautiful view of the harbor and comfortable bedding. the restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus. the location advantages were also great, with easy access to a leisure/TV room and a private sun terrace.

The only minor issue was the lack of a swimming pool or barbeque grills. the bar/lounge area made up for it, with a classy and comfortable atmosphere perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day.
